We can perform rigorous gas-liquid valve testing under controlled conditions to ensure that your gas valves and equipment are functioning as specified. In our dedicated testing facility, we work to internationally recognized standards and are able to reproduce even the most demanding conditions.
Cryogenic valve testing
We perform valve gas testing according to ISO 15848, to ensure that valve joints or valve seals are leak-free. We have only one of a handful of high-pressure gas tests. It allows gas testing with helium or nitrogen, 1.1 times the valve’s maximum specified working pressure (to 1,500 bar or 22,500 psi).
The tank holds 6,000 liters of water and is submerged to a depth of 2.5 meters, allowing even the largest valve to be tested in the safest possible environment. The integrated water treatment system not only ensures the water is kept clean and at a uniform pH level, but also uses corrosion inhibitors and biocides to protect the valves, ensuring they do not rust during testing. experience.
The PLC system allows us to instantly evaluate valve performance, as well as share and store this information digitally.
Check PR2
The PR2 test checks the operation of a gas-liquid valve under a combination of temperature and pressure. We work according to API6A/ISO-10423 and ISO-13628-4 standards. The PR2 test shows the valve at high and low temperatures, while moving between different pressure levels. This ensures the integrity of the valve and its components.
Check the flow
Gas-liquid valve capacity can be tested using a simple water flow circuit. This incorporates accurate measurement of upstream and downstream pressure and flow rates. We can accommodate any valve size in these tests.
